About Us

Orthopro is a privately owned Wellington company established in 2004. We provide both clinical and manufacturing /fabricating orthotic services.

We have five clinic locations in Wellington: Newtown, Miramar, Lower Hutt, Mana, Porirua/Kenepuru and Paraparaumu. Our Porirua/Kenepuru office has clinical, fabrication and administration facilities.

Orthopro has an excellent reputation with its customers built on the experience of our staff, our excellent service delivery and positive patient outcomes.

What you can expect from us

Appointments
  • We will make every effort to see you when and where it is convenient for you rather than the other way round.
  • Flexibility to have early morning, evening or Saturday (by special arrangement) appointments to suit people who cannot make an appointment during normal working hours.
  • An appointment fee applies.

Objectivity

  • Diagnosis and appropriate treatment is based on the client's clinical presentation and orthotic assessment.
  • No treatment will be offered if No treatment is required.

Communication

  • We will clearly explain what we are doing, why we are doing it and what the different treatment options are.
  • Cost of treatment will be made clear and we will not proceed without your approval.
  • You and your referring professional will receive a clinical report on your assessment and our recommendations.

Review procedures

  • We are able to provide a comprehensive review process for all our clients if required.

After care

  • We are committed to providing clients with a high quality, problem free aftercare service. If after fitting of your Orthotics you develop any problems these will be rectified free of charge. We are also available to discuss any concerns you may have about any aspect of your treatment.

Referral

  • We fully understand that not all client's symptoms can be solved by the use of orthotics. We do have established links with many other healthcare professionals who we feel we can recommend in complete confidence.
